Base Bid work includes the interior renovation of a 17,900 square feet open office area on the second floor in Building 1099. Work includes constructing new walls, fire/smoke detection, electrical power, interior finishes, lighting,communications, sprinkler, and HVAC. Option One (Option I)work includes furnishing and installing 118 systems furniture and two floor-to-ceiling wall offices on the second floor in Building 1099. Perform work will be in two phases. Period of Performance is 448 calendar days after notice to proceed. Order of Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. FOB Destination.
